What I ate Wednesday {13 April}

Welcome back to the What I Ate Wednesday series where you get a sneak peak into what I eat while on my Lite n’ Easy journey.

Does the food really look like the pictures on the adds?

Well have a look your self, I’m quite happy ;)

Breakfast

Fruity Almond Crunch with Almond milk. Two slices of Soy & Linseed Toast with Butter and Strawberry Jam. Coffee (Nespresso Carmelito) and glass of water

Morning Snack

Small Soy Late, Apple Pump water & Peanuts & Rice Crackers

Lunch

Smoked Beef, Tomato, baby spinach and fruit Chutney Multigrain Sandwich, Orange & Water

Afternoon snack

Toasted Fruit Loaf with butter

Dinner

Spinach & Ricotta Tortellini & Water

Evening Snack - on way to Dance class

Classic Choc & Oats Bar & Water

Late night snack -

Corn & Parmesan Muffin & green tea

Todays total was 1900 calories and 2.5 litres of water.

The food was great I loved every meal!!

I ate all my food today, including a small 100cal coffee take away. I felt ok with that as I had an intense cardio session during my tap class
